The Hollaar family has entered into a purchase agreement with FULLHOUSE for the location on the Molendijk in Oud-Beijerland.

The location, with a total cadastral area of 2,572 m², will be redeveloped into homes for starters, those moving on and seniors. The Bas Hollaar Fashion Center closed its doors for the last time on February 28, 2018, after which the building remained empty. The redevelopment will be a valuable addition to the center of Oud-Beijerland.

FULLHOUSE has explored the possibilities for the redevelopment in close collaboration with the municipality of Hoeksche Waard. The plan includes the realization of apartments in various price ranges, which will also include the former parking lot.

Tim Wendrich, senior project developer at FULLHOUSE: “We want to add homes at this beautiful location in the center of Oud-Beijerland for starters, those moving on and seniors. The demand for this type of housing is extremely high in the municipality of Hoeksche Waard. The fact that we can simultaneously tackle long-term vacancy and withdraw excess retail space from the center of Oud-Beijerland is of course absolutely wonderful.”
