What will you do?
As a Development Manager, you play a crucial role in realizing new developments that contribute to the growth of our ambitious company. You are responsible for the entire process, from the preliminary design (SO) phase to completion. You work closely with colleagues, advisors, and external stakeholders. You ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule through clear, well-documented agreements and tight process control. You remain flexible and seize opportunities as they arise. Additionally, you are able to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with municipalities, advisors, and colleagues. You manage multiple projects at various development stages daily.

Who is FULLHOUSE?
FULLHOUSE is a project developer based in Rotterdam with a strong focus on housing projects in South Holland. With a high degree of creativity and engagement, we approach the development and construction of real estate projects enthusiastically. FULLHOUSE develops real estate with the goal of improving working and living environments, including complex urban new construction projects and monumental transformations. Construction work on these projects is often carried out by FULLSPEED. From our office in Rotterdam’s vibrant city center, our team of 20 professionals works daily with dedication and pleasure, alongside our partners, on our projects. What are your qualities?
As an experienced Development Manager, you have a proven track record of independently managing the development process of challenging real estate projects.

You have:

• Commercial and technical knowledge to guide and manage the process from preliminary to final design.
• A personality that enables you to collaborate efficiently and pleasantly with municipalities, advisors, and colleagues.
• Creativity and well-developed planning and organizational skills.
• The ambition to create meaningful and sustainable living and working environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a practical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
