What will you do?

As a property manager at Vastgoed010 (part of the FULLHOUSE Group), no two days are the same. Vastgoed010 offers a versatile job with a lot of customer interaction, where you will be co-responsible for the entire rental and management process. These processes include commercial, technical, and financial management.

Commercial management involves the rental process, from placing an advertisement to checking in a new tenant. Technical management covers various aspects, from service requests to MJOP maintenance. Financial management is also an important component, which includes collecting rent and making payments to investors and owners.

It is important that you can adapt flexibly and possess excellent social skills so that you can collaborate effectively with tenants, investors, advisors, and colleagues.

Who is Vastgoed010?

Vastgoed010 manages high-quality, renovated properties in and around Rotterdam. We ensure that our portfolio is rented out responsibly and carefully and managed with a high level of involvement. Our goal is to keep the properties in optimal condition.

From our office in Rotterdam city center, we work with a compact team of professionals daily, with dedication and enthusiasm, together with our partners, to keep the housing portfolio up to date.
