Today we started the sale of 8 water villas, 3 penthouses, 25 luxury apartments and 40 affordable owner-occupied apartments in the new Waelpolder residential area of ‘s-Gravenzande.

The sales event will be on Wednesday 20 July between 17:00 and 19:00 in Eetcafé De Witte in ‘s-Gravenzande.

The warm and natural appearance of KasseNova aan de Vaart provides a suitable connection to the green and water-rich environment. An apartment building with six residential floors is being built along the new ecological zone, which has a very friendly appearance due to its layered design. The addition of many plants on the terraces and climbing greenery against the facade of the apartment building reinforces this feeling.

This green experience is extended further into the plan area. Between the apartment building and the water villas there will be a green inner area that gives access to the main entrances and a playing field for the little ones. The inner area also serves as access to the water villas. These three-storey houses have the same natural look and feel as the apartment building due to the chosen materialisation.
