At a 2-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, located on Coolsestraat, we started in 2020 with the realization of the Cool Sjiek project. This project has all the amenities the city has to offer at your fingertips. The initials CS of Cool Sjiek hint to the location near the Central Station. The 4 homes called California, Oklahoma, Ohio and Louisiana refer to the 4 letters of the word ‘cool’ and the space of the homes, common in the United States.

 

 

 

Four luxurious family homes, each consisting of 4 layers, complete the street scene in Coolsestraat. An attractive cross street with a green square is created. The houses are spacious and have 3 or 4 bedrooms. The houses offer a quality impulse and diversity to a street with a lot of housing association property.
