A new residential area in Rotterdam

We realized the Poort 16Hoven project on the edge of the Park Zestienhoven district. This new-build project consists of 28 energy-neutral single-family homes in a spatial and green environment, extremely suitable for families in the middle segment. The 119 M2 homes have a garden, 4 spacious bedrooms and on-site parking.

Community connecting function

With Fullhouse it was always our goal to fulfil a community connecting function with Poort 16Hoven. By linking up with the existing buildings in the neighbourhood and by positioning the owner-occupied homes in the middle segment, the project has become a good addition to the housing stock in Overschie.

 

 

 

Energy neutral

All homes in the project are energy neutral. This is achieved through the use of high-quality installations, good insulation and triple glass windows. With an EPC of 0, the homes are future-proof, good for the environment and for the residents’ wallets.

Involved

The Rotterdam street art duo TelmoMiel designed the artwork ‘Cuddle’ for Poort 16Hoven. Fullhouse also had an AED installed for the safety of all residents in the neighborhood.
