Van Helmontstraat and Vierhavensstraat, Rotterdam

The M4H spatial framework describes the Marconi quarter as the area with the most urban mix of living, working and facilities and with the highest densities. The location is therefore within walking distance of metro station Marconiplein. Due to the combination of high density, a large mix of living and facilities and the proximity of public transport, it will soon be mainly urban households that will find a place here. People who like to live in a dynamic urban environment with all kinds of facilities and well-designed public space just around the corner. Mainly stacked houses above a plinth with facilities and works, positioned with an optimal view of the ports. Residents here have a smaller apartment with collective facilities where they can meet other residents and visitors. This target group ranges in age from 23 to 65+.

Fullhouse is looking forward to realizing a state of the art new living and working area for the city of Rotterdam in collaboration with OBA, the Municipality of Rotterdam and other stakeholders in the area. The project will be named ‘Nami’ in reference to the founder of OBA.
