The construction of the residential buildings Duinpaviljoen and Zeebaken in the Zeeduinen project has officially started with a festive celebration. Together with the future residents, representatives from the Municipality of Katwijk, design and sales advisors, and the contractor, a toast was made to mark the beginning and to wish for a smooth progression of the construction.

Before Alderman Gerard Mostert of the Municipality of Katwijk, together with Van Omme & De Groot Project Developers and Builders and FULLHOUSE, performed the official groundbreaking on the construction site, all invitees gathered for lunch at beach pavilion Zand, located just a stone’s throw from the future apartments.

The Duinpaviljoen building enjoys an exclusive location atop the dune, directly on the Boulevard. Here, residents will have sweeping views of the North Sea.

Duinpaviljoen is a small-scale, high-quality building with 13 apartments and a particularly spacious penthouse. The design and choice of materials blend beautifully with the natural surroundings of dunes, sea, and beach.

The Zeebaken building will become a striking landmark for all of Katwijk aan Zee once completed, located at the end of Parklaan. It will feature a total of 21 apartments and 3 two-level penthouses, offering views of the colorful dune landscape and, from the upper floors, also sea views.

Project completion is expected in the course of 2027.
