On the Zeehos site, Fullhouse and Van Omme & De Groot are working in collaboration with MIX Architecture on the development and realization of two apartment buildings, which will offer future residents an unprecedented living pleasure in a special dune landscape.

Seabeacon

After completion, the Seabeacon will form a striking beacon near the roundabout at the end of Parklaan. A total of 21 apartments and 3 double-layer penthouses will be realized here, varying in size from approximately 80 m² to 240 m² living space overlooking the colorful dune landscape, with sea view from the 4th floor.

In Seabeacon, the future residents will enjoy a splendid dune landscape on a beautiful stretch of coast. A place from which remarkable nature and water sports areas as well as fascinating cities and villages can be visited quickly and easily. But the future resident does not actually have to leave the vicinity of the Seabeacon, because numerous restaurants, cozy terraces, shops and inspiring museums are within walking distance.

Dune pavilion

Dune pavilion has an exclusive location on top of the dune, right on the Boulevard. Here the residents get a wide view of the North Sea.

Dune pavilion is a small-scale and high-quality building with four floors, where the design and materialization fit in beautifully with the natural environment of dunes, sea and beach. Luxury apartments with a sea view will be available on the first three floors, ranging from approx. 75 m² to 180 m² living space with spacious outdoor areas.

The fourth floor is reserved for a penthouse of approx. 285 m² with an exceptionally large terrace of approx. 400 m² and a breathtaking panoramic, 360-degree view of the sea and the dune landscape.

The sale of the 38 apartments is expected to start in the second half of 2023. The realization is planned from spring 2024.
