In the new residential area of ​​Waelpolder in -s’ Gravenzande, Fullhouse, together with Bravenboer Management, is developing the existing plots of Nieuwe Vaart 11 and 13 with surrounding land into a pleasant living environment surrounded by the ecological zone and the Nieuwe Vaart. 68 apartments and 8 water homes are being built in the former greenhouse area. After completion in 2028, the Waelpolder residential area will house approximately 720 homes, a school and various facilities.
